The managed service for CE includes a 99.9% SLA availability, 24x7 support, and an up-to-date code set that takes advantage of all of the new integrations and features Netskope releases every month to help its customers continue to maximize value from their investment. The existing Cloud Exchange offering requires a Do It Yourself (DIY) approach where it is available to customers at no charge and they deploy and manage the solution using in-house resources whereas Managed CE is provided as a hosted solution by Crest Data via AWS Marketplace to customers on a Contract + Pay-as-you-go basis, removing the need for customers to deploy and manage CE on their own. Customers must subscribe for a monthly or an annual subscription (that includes support). The customer's CE instance will be hosted in Crest Data AWS environment.
